   After logging into your account, you can check your current points balance and the history of your transactions on our e-shop at any time. This will allow you to stay well-informed and take advantage of all the benefits of our loyalty program.
9. Point expiration
   The validity of your bonus points is 365 days. So, use them in advance and frequently!
10. Combination of discounts
    On one order, you cannot use points and apply a discount coupon at the same time. If you want to use a coupon, you won't have the option to reduce the order using points, and vice versa. The applied discount coupon affects the total order amount and, therefore, the overall number of earned points.
11. Product return
    When you return a purchased product, you also return the earned points. Your points balance will be recalculated back to its original state before this purchase.
12. Additional information
    Bonus points are not a currency and have no real monetary value. We reserve the right to change program parameters or to cancel the program at any time. In case of program misuse or fraud, sanctions may include the suspension of the customer's right to participate in this program. Bonus points CANNOT be applied when exchanging goods!
